Questions
Does it connect to my bank?
No.
Is this a replacement for a tilitoimisto?
No. It only tracks expenses and income, to make filling in Form 5 easier.
Do you support VAT / ALV?
No. Tiny Books has no VAT tracking, so it fits sole proprietors who are not VAT-registered. Whether you have to register is a question for Verohallinto or your accountant — we do not advise on it.
Where is my data stored?
EU. Cloudflare data centers. The data controller is named in the privacy policy.
What happens if you shut down?
You can download your archive at any time, as a folder of PDFs and a JSON manifest.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing portal. No retention contract. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your archive stays downloadable after cancellation — see the terms.
Is this for me if I am not in Finland?
It depends on what you need. If you only want to keep track of expenses and income and do not care about Form 5, then maybe.
